Veteran MMA fighter Thomas “Wildman” Denny has signed a three fight deal with EliteXC, MMAPredictions learned last night at Total Combat 24 in San Diego.

Thomas Denny was supposed to take on Nick Diaz at the Gracie Fighting Championships: Evolution originally scheduled for January 2007 in Miami. That event was postponed and was eventually held in March 2007 and Denny ended up facing Fredson Paixao, who beat Denny by armbar in the first round. Since then he’s won three fights in a row, winning two of his fights in King of the Cage.

The signing of Thomas Denny to EliteXC raises the possibility again that Denny and Nick Diaz could face each other.
